UWOD is a fitness-tech software product owned by AppByte, offered as SaaS for managing gyms, boxes, studios and functional-training centers: class scheduling and reservations, attendance, plans and memberships, WODs and programming, spaces, equipment and inventory, finances, promotions, roles, multi-site management, dashboards and the Customer's daily operations. UWOD also includes a freemium mobile app for athletes (reservations, WOD of the day, timers, PRs and benchmarks, history, calculators, stats, community and rankings, and AI training plans).

AppByte/UWOD is not a gym, training provider, healthcare provider, medical or nutrition advisor, bank, lender or entity supervised by any health or financial authority. AppByte solely provides technology; all training, membership, commercial and contractual relationships with members and athletes rest exclusively with the Customer gym using the Platform.

3. Intellectual property

UWOD, the "UWOD" trademark, logos, interface, source code, architecture, design, documentation, text and graphic elements are owned by AppByte and protected by intellectual and industrial property laws. Reproduction, copying, modification, distribution, public communication or unauthorized use, in whole or in part, is prohibited.

References to third-party trademarks, products or services are used for informational purposes only and belong to their respective owners.

4. Nature of the site

This website contains commercial information about UWOD and AppByte. It does not constitute medical, health, fitness, nutrition, legal, accounting, tax or financial advice. Training content and AI-generated plans are general information and not a substitute for professional guidance. For decisions requiring professional advice, we recommend contacting a qualified advisor in the relevant jurisdiction.

AppByte makes reasonable efforts to keep the site available and information up to date, but does not guarantee the absence of errors, interruptions, complete accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. 7. Governing law and jurisdiction

This notice and the use of the site are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the ordinary courts of justice of the city and commune of Santiago, Chile, without prejudice to mandatory rules applicable in the visitor or user's country that cannot be validly waived.
