Sub-processor list
Providers that AppByte Tecnología e Informática SpA uses to operate UWOD. All of them act as sub-processors under contractual obligations equivalent to those described in our Data Processing Agreement (DPA) and our Privacy policy.

The payment gateways listed (Transbank, Mercado Pago and Binance Pay) are used solely to charge the Customer gym for its UWOD software subscription. They are not used to process members' or athletes' membership payments: any payments between a gym and its members or athletes occur directly between them, outside the Platform.

Self-hosted operational components
The following operational components run self-hosted on the Contabo sub-processor's infrastructure. They are not independent sub-processors and do not imply additional third-party data transfer:
- Grafana — internal metrics and dashboards.
- Uptime Kuma — availability monitoring.
- Portainer — container management.
- Redis — cache and processing queues.
Support, distribution and analytics
- Support / ticketing: handled by email at contacto@uwod.app. No external ticketing provider.
- App distribution: the athlete mobile app is distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play, which act as independent controllers for the data they collect during download, installation and in-app purchases under their own terms.
- Analytics / marketing: on the public website (uwod.app) we use Google Tag Manager and GA4 only after consent through the cookie banner; the in-app product does not load advertising or remarketing pixels. If our use changes, this list and the Cookie policy will be updated accordingly.
Change notification
